At Synapsell, we work with Canadian-approved distributors to ensure that healthcare products are delivered safely and efficiently to regulated health professionals across Canada. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the shipping and delivery of products purchased on the Synapsell platform.

1. Shipping Methods and Carriers

  • Shipping Methods: Distributors on Synapsell offer a range of shipping options to accommodate different needs, including standard, expedited, and priority shipping. The available shipping methods and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout based on your location and the product purchased.
  • Shipping Carriers: Distributors may use various carriers to deliver products, including Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and other reputable logistics providers. The choice of carrier may depend on the shipping method selected, the destination, and the distributor’s preference.

2. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are determined by the distributor and vary depending on the product, shipping method, destination, and other factors. Shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
  • Free Shipping: Some distributors may offer free shipping on certain products or for orders that meet a minimum purchase requirement. If free shipping is available, it will be clearly indicated on the product listing or at checkout.

3. Delivery Times

  • Estimated Delivery: Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method chosen and the location of the delivery address. Estimated delivery dates will be provided at checkout. Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary due to factors such as weather, carrier delays, or high order volumes.

5. Order Tracking

  • Tracking Information: Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information to monitor the status of your delivery. Tracking details are provided by the carrier selected by the distributor and may take up to 24 hours to update after shipping.
  • Monitoring Delivery: You are responsible for monitoring the progress of your shipment using the provided tracking number. If there are any issues with delivery, please contact the carrier directly for assistance.

6. Shipping to Verified Healthcare Addresses

  • Verified Addresses: Synapsell requires that all products be shipped to verified healthcare facilities or addresses associated with regulated health professionals. Distributors must ensure that shipping addresses provided by customers meet these verification standards.
  • Input Validation: Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information during checkout. Synapsell and its distributors are not liable for delays, lost packages, or incorrect deliveries due to inaccurate or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments

  • Lost or Stolen Shipments: If your shipment is lost or stolen, please notify the distributor via the Synapsell platform as soon as possible. Distributors may initiate a claim with the carrier on your behalf, but Synapsell is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered.
  • Damaged Products: If your order arrives damaged, you must notify the distributor within [Insert Number] days of receiving the shipment. Distributors may require photographic evidence of the damage to process a replacement or refund.

8. Delayed Shipments

  • International Shipping: Currently, Synapsell only supports shipments within Canada. We do not offer international shipping for products sold on the platform.
